PORSCHE DESIGN TOWER

Olympia Plumbing proudly worked in the beautiful and high-tech Porsche Tower building, and we completed all plumbing systems, including drainage, water sewer, gas fuel system, and all plumbing fixture installations for common areas, pool drainage and public showers. In addition, we provided the systems required for pool subcontractors and for pool installation, as well as the pool boilers. We also built the control room and boiling rooms, the hot water system, and we conducted tank and equipment installation, domestic water pump installation, the water for cooling tower for the HVAC system, and AC drain system. Our team built the rainwater drainage, the hook-ups for washing machines, water supply and drain, cold water for icemakers in all floors, cold and hot water for dishwashers in all units, and provided gas connection for spas in balconies and gas fire places within the residences.

SLS BRICKELL

Olympia Plumbing successfully participated in the completion of multiple plumbing systems and fixtures in the gorgeous and elegant residences at SLS Brickell. This luxurious project features private residencies, hotel rooms and beautiful restaurants for which we completed diverse plumbing work. Our team worked in building all water drainage systems, water sewer, gas fuel systems, and all plumbing installation in common areas, pool deck, restaurant area, hotel and private units. We completed all hook-ups for washing machines, dishwashers, the water supply and drain, cold water for icemakers, and installed water for the cooling tower for the HVAC system and the AC drain systems among others.

ICON BRICKELL

The Icon Brickell complex encompasses three skyscrapers with hotels, private residences, beautiful restaurants, an Olympic size pool and spa areas. Olympia Plumbing proudly worked in Phases I, II and III, and we completed all plumbing systems and fixtures for all the rooms. In addition, we installed all grease traps for the restaurant areas and for the commercial kitchen area. We provided all systems for pool subcontractor to complete the Olympic pool, worked on the spa which contains 3 indoor pools with hot water and with salt water, and completed all the hook-ups for washing machines, water supply and drain, cold water for ice makers in all floors, cold and hot water for dishwashers in units, and built the control room and boiling rooms.

THE SURF CLUB

The Surf Club is a beautiful and glamorous building with guest rooms, and private luxury residential suites ranging in size from 1,800 to 7,800 square feet. Olympia Plumbing proudly completed all plumbing fixtures for their commercial kitchen area, and we developed a lot of customized plumbing work that was personalized to owners of each of the residences. From bathroom to kitchen areas to the spa, there were no details spared. We worked hard to create the perfect balance between look and function of their plumbing systems and fixtures, and adhered to all building codes, design visions and construction requirements.

ECHO BRICKELL

The Echo Brickell building contains beautiful residences that feature panoramic water and city views. Our company Olympia Plumbing was proud to complete diverse custom work for the private residences including state of the art bathroom and kitchen plumbing fixtures that combined aesthetics and function.



Our custom work was built around the specifications, design vision and requirements provided by each owner, and we are happy to mention we exceeded all expectations. In addition, we also completed all hook-ups for the washing machines, water supply and drain, cold and hot water systems for dishwashers, cold water for ice makers, and provided connections and systems for pool subcontractors to complete the infinity-edge pool as well as the spa area.

100 LAS OLAS

Olympia Plumbing is currently working on Building Information Modeling (BIM) to plan, design and construct comprehensive commercial plumbing solutions on the 100 Las Olas project. This project is still under construction. We will be providing more detailed information about our work upon project completion, which is estimated to take place next year.

TURNBERRY OCEAN CLUB

Olympia Plumbing is currently working on Building Information Modeling (BIM) to plan, design and construct comprehensive commercial plumbing solutions on the Turnberry Ocean Club project at Sunny Isles Beach. This project is still under construction. We will be providing more detailed information about our work upon project completion, which is estimated to take place next year.

RIVERLANDING-SHOPS & RESIDENCES

Olympia Plumbing is currently working on Building Information Modeling (BIM) to plan, design and construct comprehensive commercial plumbing solutions on the Riverlanding Shops and Residences. This project is still under construction. We will be providing more detailed information about our work upon project completion, which is estimated to take place next year.
